General Terms and Conditions
All enrolments are subject to these regulations.
CANCELLATION:
Prior to 21 days before the course:
We will refund all fees paid less 60,00 EUR
Between 21 days and 5 working days before the course:
We will refund all fees paid less 150,00 EUR
Last minute cancellation/No show:
If the cancellation is during the last 5 working days before the
course start or in the case of "no shows" we will refund all
fees paid less 4 weeks of course and accommodation fees.
(no refund for courses 4 weeks or less).
For detailed conditions relating to curtailments and changes once your programme has commenced, please ask at the school office. We recommend that you do ask your travel agent/insurance broker about cancellation and curtailment insurance.
ATTENDANCE:
To maintain the professional atmosphere in the school, we insist that all our students complete daily homework exercises and attend all their classes. This is to enable the whole class to progress rapidly and at the same pace. Failure to fulfil these requirements may result in a student being placed in a lower level class, not receiving a Certificate of Attendance and, in extreme cases, the School reserves the right to ask a student to leave without right to a refund of fees.
INSURANCE:
We can offer a comprehensive insurance package including medical costs, repatriation, luggage, cancellation of course once started, etc. If you are interested in such a package please ask us for the full details.
BANK HOLIDAYS:
We do not provide lessons on Bank Holidays. If the Bank Holiday falls on a course starting date, the new students take their Placement Test and have their orientation tour of Málaga and then start lessons the next day.
